Software usability testing
We watch real users using your product to discover where they get stuck, hesitate or leave. We turn that friction into concrete experience improvements, before it costs you customers.
What is usability testing?
Software usability testing evaluates how easy and intuitive your product is for the people who use it. Instead of assuming, we watch real users completing specific tasks and measure where they hesitate, make mistakes or give up.
We combine moderated and unmoderated tests, heatmaps, session recordings and eye-tracking to see your interface and navigation through your user's eyes. The goal: remove the friction that keeps someone from completing what they came to do.
Why usability is your best investment
Every friction point is a user who leaves and doesn't come back. Usability problems are rarely visible from the inside: whoever designed the flow already knows where to tap. Testing with real people reveals the invisible snags and, almost always, they're fixed with small, cheap changes.
According to Nielsen Norman Group usability research, testing with just 5 real users uncovers around 85% of usability problems. That's why we work in rounds of 5 participants and deliver the report with prioritized findings within 24 hours.

What you gain by testing with users
Recordings, heatmaps and eye-tracking show the exact point where the user hesitates or gives up.
You swap 'I like it' for evidence of real behavior. Opinion debates are over.
Most friction is fixed with small tweaks. We prioritize by impact and effort.
A clearer flow converts better, improves user satisfaction and makes people come back. Usability is business.
Our process, step by step
Goals and tasks definition
runningWe agree on what we want to learn and design the key tasks the participants will perform.
Participant recruitment
queuedWe select users who represent your real audience, not just anyone.
Running the sessions
queuedWe watch users complete the tasks, moderated or unmoderated, logging hesitations, errors and comments.
Findings and friction analysis
queuedWe cross heatmaps, recordings and gaze paths to locate each snag and its severity.
Report and recommendations
queuedWe deliver the prioritized problems and concrete improvement proposals, ready to design.
UX measured with real users, not opinions
We're a QA and UX team that evaluates your product with real people and explains, in your language, what's failing and how to fix it. We combine method (tasks, metrics, heatmaps) with design judgment so each finding becomes an actionable improvement.
What the service includes
Moderated vs. unmoderated testing: which to choose
Both watch real users, but they answer different questions. Moderated digs into the why; unmoderated wins on scale and speed.
| Moderated testing | Unmoderated testing | |
|---|---|---|
| How it works | A facilitator guides the session live and asks questions | The user completes the tasks alone; the session is recorded |
| Best for | Understanding the why, complex flows, prototypes | Validating at scale, measuring success rates and times |
| Depth | High: you can follow up in the moment | Medium: you see what happens, not always why |
| Speed and volume | Fewer sessions, scheduled one by one | Many sessions in parallel, no scheduling |
To discover new problems and understand their cause, start moderated with a few users. To confirm at scale that a flow works and measure success rates, use unmoderated. Often the best move is to combine them: moderated to explore, unmoderated to validate.
